Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery Only

MuscleCraft is a digital fitness coaching service. No physical product is shipped to you at any point — there is nothing to courier, and no shipping address is ever collected for your plan purchase.

Everything you pay for — workout plans, diet plans, BMI access, and coaching — is delivered digitally, either directly on the website or by email.

Workout Plan (PDF)

For plans that include a workout PDF (Starter and Growth Pro), your plan unlocks on the site once payment is successful and you've submitted the intake questionnaire (including your training level). You can download it — and re-download it for as long as your plan duration is active — from the My Orders page.

Workout PDFs are typically available within 24-48 hours after successful payment and questionnaire submission.

Diet / Custom Plan (Email)

Your diet plan is built by a coach around the goals, weight, height, and preferences you share in the questionnaire, so it isn't an instant download. Once you've submitted the questionnaire, your coach prepares your personalized diet plan and sends it to your registered email address as a PDF attachment.

Diet plans are delivered by email within 24-48 hours after successful payment and questionnaire submission.

BMI Calculator Access

The BMI Calculator plan is delivered instantly — your BMI result is shown on-screen immediately after successful payment. There is no PDF or email wait for this plan.

Elite Coaching

Elite Coaching doesn't use pre-built PDFs — instead, your coach builds a fully personalized program around you. After successful payment and questionnaire submission, your coach reaches out to begin your program and ongoing check-ins within 24-48 hours.
