Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-Time Purchases, No Auto-Renewal

Every MuscleCraft plan is a one-time payment for a fixed duration (for example, 1, 3, 6, or 12 months), made through our payment partner Razorpay. There is no subscription, and we never charge you again automatically — each purchase is a single, independent transaction.

No Mid-Term Cancellation

Because plans aren't recurring subscriptions, there's nothing to cancel mid-term. Once purchased, your plan runs for its full paid duration and access ends automatically at the end of that period — you're never billed again, and there's no cancellation request needed.

Digital Plans Are Non-Refundable

MuscleCraft delivers digital fitness coaching — workout PDFs, diet plans, BMI access, and coaching — not physical goods. Because this content is delivered digitally and can't be "returned," plans are non-refundable once purchased.

This applies regardless of how much of the plan you've used — for example, requesting a refund after receiving your workout PDF or diet plan isn't grounds for one.

Duplicate, Failed, or Wrong Payments

The one exception: if you were charged more than once for the same order, your payment was deducted but no order was created on our end, or you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error, we'll review it. Contact us within 7 days of the charge with your payment ID or a screenshot of the transaction.

These cases are reviewed individually — reach out and we'll confirm with you once we've verified the payment against our records.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved under the exception above, it is processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account after that.
